Big News!! Shepherd now has Rennaisance Place or AR Online (starting 12/1/09). This means our students have access to take AR tests on ALL books that have an available AR test. Though the program is called AR Online, tests can only be taken at school. Use the link on the Shepherd Home page to get to the Rennaissance Home Connect website. Home Connect is an easy way for students, parents and teachers to share how a student is doing on AR tests, what kinds of books he or she is testing on and more.
You can view Renaissance Home Connect from any computer with an Internet connection using these browsers:
• Internet Explorer® 6.02 or later
• Firefox® 1.5 or later
• Safari™ 2.0.3 or later
Use your child’s AR username and password to login.
In Renaissance Home Connect you can also:
• Click Email Setup to sign up to receive emails showing your student's quiz or test results
• Click Help to get answers to your questions about Renaissance Home Connect
REMEMBER...Students will not be allowed to take tests from home.
Another tool for us is AR BookFinder. Use this tool to find your next book to read for pleasure with an AR test to take.
